Warden Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Warden platform operated by Fluxenta Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Warden", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Warden, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use Warden. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Use of the platform
Warden provides tooling to scope projects, hold funds in escrow, and verify software delivery. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
3. Payments and fees
Payments on Warden are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe Connect. By funding a milestone or receiving funds, you agree to the applicable payment terms, fees, and payout schedules. Warden may charge platform fees, including percentage-based fees on project volume, as disclosed in your pricing plan.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and your counterparty, IP in delivered work transfers according to the terms of your underlying agreement. Warden does not claim ownership over code or assets created on your behalf, but may process and store such materials to provide the service.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Warden is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warden will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Warden after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
