The purpose of the Website is to provide users with an overview of where their information is, who has it and give them the tools to effectively manage their digital footprint in a compliant manner, this is done through our internal processes based on the information that you provide The website works by giving you the option to automatically find organisations through our OAuth2 based process, this will not give us access to your emails but allows us to pull through the companies that have contacted you, in the Beta version, this forms the basis of the automated application and the only information required is your email address and basic personal information for population of requests, part of our core service. We recommend that you also import a photocopy of an identification document and utility bill to provide the authenticity of your request to companies – this is stored within our secure and penetration tested application. Request and activity that you carry out within the tool will be stored for the life of your account.

We do not capture this password. We will also capture your IP address for when you have logged on as this helps us to identify any suspicious activity on your account.
